what are the rules for selling/trading ulivari?
If a pre-made Uli is purchased as part of a sale or auction, they may be sold, traded, or vouchered for their initial sale price + the approximate cost of additional art/literature -- NOT including gift pieces. If a pre-made Uli is won as part of a free raffle, they CANNOT be sold or traded -- only gifted for free or given back to the group, to be raffled again.
If a MYO slot is purchased and ends up unused, it can be resold to others AT ITS ORIGINAL VALUE only. Ulivari made with MYO slots can be sold or traded for the approximate price of the art added to them; HOWEVER, if a MYO slot and/or MYO Ulivari are acquired for free (via free raffle, free MYO event), they CANNOT be sold, only traded or gifted.
If you're uncertain as to the selling/trading status of an Uli or a slot, check on the masterlist account!
Please ALWAYS leave a comment on your character's masterlist post to inform us that they've changed hands -- the person selling/trading can do this, or you as the new owner can provide proof of ownership by linking to the character's toyhouse page (must be confirmed to be the originally uploaded character, ownership page must show that the character was previously in the possession of the previous owner.

Can I create alternate forms for my ulivari?
Yes, of course! If you'd like to create AU forms for your character -- or create an Ulivari form for a character you already own (using a MYO slot) -- you may do so! Please read the 'Can I Remove My Uli...' section for more information regarding alternate forms, i.e; Keep in mind, though, that the Uli form cannot be sold/traded/gifted separately from any AU forms!
Can i remove my ulivari from the species?
While you can always choose not to participate in the ARPG/species, as well as input your Uli in different worlds/universes/etc., characters on the Ulivari masterlist will not be removed from the masterlist and will not be voided due to organizational limitations and the messiness it introduces. However, you're more than welcome to create a new, non-Ulivari form for them and just keep the Uli form as an inactive side thing... or sell/trade/gift them! Keep in mind, though, that the Uli form cannot be sold/traded/gifted separately from any AU forms!
CAN I EDIT MY EXISTING ULIVARI?
Absolutely! You're free to make any changes you want so long as they don't violate any trait categories/rules (without proper item usage) or general species anatomy. Redesigns should at least somewhat resemble the original first approved iteration of the design, but there's quite a bit of leeway in regards to the changes you can make. Feel free to ask us to review your changes either by note on Deviantart, DM on toyhouse, or DM/message via our discord server, and I (Saivalkae) will give you feedback/approval!
From the TOS: "You are free to make changes to any Ulivari design you own, so long as you remain within the species/trait guidelines, and they maintain some resemblance to the original design itself; be sure to message the group or a mod with your updated design file so the masterlist art is up to date!" and "If your design is by Saivalkae, you have permission to edit the original art as desired (provided you follow the above rule)! Other artists may not be comfortable with you editing their work, though, so be sure to check with them first."
As an additional note, you're also free to swap out traits for other traits of the same or lower rarity for free, so long as they meet the subtype requirements (or domain requirements if applicable) -- e.g; swapping out rare tail length for rare horns. However, swapping out a higher rarity trait for a lower rarity one will consume the higher rarity, meaning you can't switch it back to the higher rarity without an item to do so (given that from that point on it's too difficult to track that it once had a higher rarity)!

Can I Base my Myo on an existing character or design?
Yes, maybe, and no. Converting a character you own into an Ulivari is welcome, but fan-characters are a far more grey area. Overall it's up to how close the character is to the original, referenced canon design -- which I must judge personally.
From the TOS: "You may design your MYO within the species and trait guidelines however you please, but we ask that you not copy outside sources/designs or characters that you do not own. Drawing inspiration from something is okay, but out of respect for others and their designs, as well as legal reasons when it comes to copyrighted characters, please refrain from copying source material in the creation of a MYO. Fan OCs are a difficult subject to tackle, so I ask that if you wish to create one within this species, PLEASE provide an image of the referenced character so we can determine whether it's too similar. If you fail to do this, and we discover this and determine your design to be too similar to the source material, AND you refuse to edit the design to divorce it from the source material, we may soulbind the character to you (making them unsellable/untradeable/ungiftable, unable to be transferred for any reason at all) regardless of the means by which the design/slot used was acquired."
