NOTE: I'VE LOST THE TIME AND DRIVE FOR THIS PROJECT, BUT MIGHT REVISIT IT AS AN OPEN OR ONLY SEMI-CLOSED SPECIES WITH FEWER TRAIT RESTRICTIONS & RESTRUCTURE IT FOR MORE PLAYER FREEDOM AND CREATIVITY. FOR THE TIME-BEING, ALL OF IT IS ON HOLD. MAY BE REVISITED ONE DAY AS AN ARPG, OR SOMETHING ENTIRELY OUT OF THE REALM OF CS & ARPG SPACES!
Before you towers an imposing, spiraling structure that rises to the heavens and blots out the sun. All manner of colorful streamers and banners are strung among the many peaks and valleys of the walls, and this appears to be a society in perpetual celebration of something. Vines cling to the sturdy, sun-bleached exterior, ever on the slow climb to the top. The entrance seems best suited for a giant -- at least twenty feet of intricately carved, painted wood that depicts two dancing, entangled entities on either face of the door. The courtyard you'd passed through was practically alive with nature, two pools of water on either side of the walking path that gave home to any number of fish and alien life.
You're stopped at the gates, warily eyed by two pairs of pole-armed Ulivari guards donning a sun-embroidered uniform, and then allowed to pass after a bit of deliberation and discussion with your security detail, their eyes locked on your back as the door lurches open and the Citadel opens itself to you. Taking in the tiled halls of the entrance, you marvel: vaulted ceilings, detailed frescoes, polished marble floors, expertly sculpted reliefs decorating the pillars that hold up the sky... though at first glance this is no marvel of engineering beyond the capabilities of man, the architecture is still impressive in its own right. The guards on post in this antechamber stand more alert at your presence, watching with the same wariness of the others.
No Uli had ever seen a human before prior to the incident a few months ago, and the admittance of human and Ulivari researchers to Morveris and Earth respectively has garnered a mixed set of reactions on both sides, and certainly a great deal of suspicion for those not accustomed to outlanders. Researchers on either side are kept under heavy watch both for their own safety and the safety of others... the peace is tenuous, but hopeful.
Welcome to the Citadel.

Welcome to the Citadel.
This is a developing species with some planned optional ARPG elements and what's meant to be a very expansive but flexible lore base!
This site is purely for informational purposes -- the actual game aspects can be found in our Discord, or on our Deviantart page, though the Discord is where most of the action happens! *
We keep track of character ownership on the DA Masterlist account, and item/currency ownership and transactions on a public Sheets document.
*In the future we may have a dedicated ARPG site on the Lorekeeper framework, but for now I'm doing what I can with my limited resources and zero coding knowledge.
